Best Baltic Kaunas

The location makes it easy to explore the city center, and the breakfast, with homemade bread, was a good start to the day. The room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning remote was missing upon check-in. The staff seemed unprepared for some basic requests, which detracted from the experience.

The hotel was spotless, refined, had really helpful staff at the reception desk. It was in an absolutely perfect location quite close to Vdu Grand Hall. There was a nice restaurant, shopping centres and a main shopping street next door.

The breakfast was adequate, lots of different food. It was vintage, tidy and with breakfast.

Utilize the taxi service for easy transportation, and be sure to check for local dining options nearby for a more varied culinary experience.

There was a problem with internet which I didn't get working. Fortunately the staff was helpful and I got my e-mail sent.

Ja, the location is just tops, right near all the action and easy to get around. The brekkie spread was a lekker surprise, just so much variety, loved it! Plus, the staff really went the extra mile opening up early for us.

Ag man, just a bit of noise from the other guests now and then, but otherwise not a big deal.

The location is a real win, just a short stroll from the main shopping street and the Akropolis shopping center. The room I stayed in, a suite across two levels, offered a decent amount of space, even if the furniture was showing its age.

The hotel's decor could desperately use a facelift. It feels a bit outdated and cheap for a supposed four-star hotel. While the room was clean, amenities like the air conditioning left something to be desired-dusty and missing the remote. The lack of a restaurant or breakfast options on-site was disappointing, leaving little else but a room to your name. I even had to deal with inconsistent hot water during busy mornings, less than ideal for a morning shower. Relatedly, the Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty. Lastly, for a hotel that claims to have modern conveniences, it felt pretty barebones overall with no real services to write home about.
